1. GENERAL
✦ To request a commission, please access the form, read it thoroughly, and fill it out with as much detail as possible.
✦ The VTS/PSD file will be delivered exclusively by Google Drive.
✦ Preferably, clients should have a character sheet, or at least detailed references of what they want for their model.
✦ You may use AI-generated images as reference.
✦ If your OC has tattoos or unique marks, please provide a PNG file when submitting references. I do not create detailed tattoos.
✦ A watermark will be applied throughout the process updates, for both the client's and my own security.
✦ The prices listed are base prices; these may increase depending on the complexity of the model and any additional specifications.
✦ Clients may request a showcase (preview video); this will incur an additional fee and will extend the delivery time by 5 days to allow for both the final file and the showcase to be delivered together.
✦ If applicable, please provide your Vtuber logo when requesting a showcase.
✦ My signature and social media handles will be included in the showcase for security purposes, to prevent theft or misuse of the showcase for scams.2. WHAT I DO / DON'T DO
✦ I do not create: Furries, Mechas, or walking animations.
✦ I can create: NSFW, diverse body types, and certain types of weapons (please ask first if unsure).3. PAYMENT
✦ Payment is 100% upfront before starting the commission. In very specific cases, a two-part payment may be negotiated (50% before starting, 50% before delivery).
✦ Clients using the two-part payment have a 15-day deadline to make the final payment. If not completed, the file will enter a 1-month hold. If payment is still not made after that time, the artist reserves the right to reuse, auction, or delete the model.
✦ If the client wishes to reclaim the file after the 1.5-month deadline and provides a valid reason, the file may be delivered after the final payment.
✦ Payments are accepted via
PayPal only (if you're in Mexico, bank transfer can be negotiated).
✦ Rush orders will require an additional fee.
✦ Clients are entitled to one free revision during the sketch phase; any additional changes will incur a fee.
✦ Clients may request as many rigging adjustments as needed for specific details (e.g., base mouth shape).4. REVISIONS
✦ Updates will be provided throughout the entire process, whether it’s art or rigging.
✦ The client is responsible for providing all the details they want included in the model before the artist begins the work.
✦ Feel free to ask questions or express any concerns to ensure a clear and comfortable experience.5. TIMELINES & DELIVERY
✦ The final work (art + rig) will be delivered within 2 to 5 months, depending on the model's complexity and specific client requirements. This timeframe may vary.
✦ The final artwork (art only) will be delivered within a maximum of 35 days, also depending on the model's complexity and requirements.
✦ If the artwork is for a debut and requires confidentiality, the artist will refrain from posting or announcing anything before the debut. Please inform the artist beforehand.
✦ The PSD file (art only) will be delivered with properly named and organized layers (language may depend on the rigger).
✦ If the PSD file is requested for an art + rig commission, the corresponding additional fee must be paid.
✦ If the client decides to add features mid-process (e.g. outfit, expression), the delivery date will be extended depending on the complexity, and the corresponding fee will apply.
✦ The artist commits to completing the work within the agreed timeframe. In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified and a new delivery date will be provided, without lowering the priority of their commission.6. ARTIST'S RIGHTS
✦ The artist retains the right to use the commission as part of their portfolio and may share it on social media.
✦ If the commission is for a debut and needs to remain private, the artist agrees to maintain confidentiality until the debut. Please state this clearly.
✦ Reselling the model is not allowed without permission. The use of this art for NFTs or to train AI models is strictly prohibited.
✦ The artist retains all rights to the artwork.
✦ The client must credit the artist by tagging them on any platform where the work is used.
✦ Credit must be clearly visible and accessible to the public.7. REFUNDS
✦ You may only request a refund if you paid 100% upfront, and only within the first week, provided the work has not yet started.
✦ If you paid 100% and cancel mid-process, a partial refund will be provided based on how much of the work has been completed.
✦ If the work is finished but not yet delivered, and you request cancellation and a refund, no refund will be issued. The work has already taken up the artist’s time and effort. The VTS file will not be delivered as this behavior is treated as a potential scam.
✦ If you paid in two parts and decide to cancel mid-process, no refund will be provided.8. COMMUNICATION
✦ I usually respond quickly on Instagram or Discord.
✦ If I don't reply immediately, I'm probably busy or asleep, but I will get back to you as soon as I can.
